Raeel is an accomplished finance executive with over 18 years of international experience, leading high-impact financial strategies across the mining, manufacturing, and pharmaceutical sectors. As CFO of NRL, he plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s financial vision, driving operational excellence, and delivering long-term value to stakeholders.

Raeel’s career spans renowned organizations such as Lucky Cement, Hilton Pharma, Roche, Novartis, and Tanmiah Foods in the Pakistan and GCC region, where he has consistently led transformation initiatives, optimized cost structures, and strengthened financial governance. His leadership is defined by a collaborative approach, a passion for innovation, and a strong belief in building empowered, performance-driven teams.

With a deep understanding of financial planning, risk management, and cross-border operations, Raeel has successfully steered strategic projects—ranging from cost transformation and foreign exchange optimization to digital finance initiatives and investment management. Raeel is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) from Insititute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) and an Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) from Institute of Chartered Accountants of England & Wales (ICAEW). He also holds certifications in internal audit and corporate governance.
